    • Temporary: Hired to supplement for absenteeism, weekend work, summer vacation, replacements, launch activities

    • Traditional non-skilled current hourly wage: $35.40/hour
    • In-progression non-skilled starting hourly wage: $20.84/hour
 
  • Average age of the hourly workforce: 47
 
  • Average years of service for the hourly workforce: 18.4
 
  • Since 2009, FCA has invested over $3.2B USD in its Canadian operations
 
  • Vehicle production at FCA facilities in Canada for 2019 was 447,954 (23% of total vehicle production in Canada and 43% of domestic-three vehicle production in Canada)
