The new 6.7-liter Cummins Turbo Diesel engine will replace the 5.9-liter engine in January 2007. Available as standard equipment on Dodge Ram Heavy Duty trucks is the 5.7-liter HEMI® V-8 engine, delivering best-in-class 345 horsepower (257 kW) at 5,600 rpm and 375 lb.-ft. of torque (510 N•m) at 4,400 rpm.
