The appointment is effective immediately. In this position, Antovski is responsible for leading the regional team focusing on human resources strategy, talent and leadership development, and organizational effectiveness, as well as supporting the company’s efforts to achieve its long-term strategy as outlined in its Dare Forward 2030 plan. Previously, Antovski was senior vice president, global talent management. She joined the company in 2003 and has held a series of HR positions with increasing responsibility that include a focus on building teams to successfully navigate organizational transition. “As we advance our transformation, I’m confident Daniela’s deep understanding of the North American operations and its people will be a tremendous asset,” said Antonio Filosa, Stellantis North America chief operating officer. “She is a champion for change and a creative problem solver that will take us to the next level. “I also want to personally thank Tobin Williams for his unwavering dedication and support of the company and specifically the North America region and its people.
