In this role, Pino is responsible for 31 assembly, powertrain and component plants in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.   An accomplished automotive manufacturing leader, Pino has a proven track record in operational transformation, continuous improvement and organizational restructuring. He returns to the company after seven years with Eaton Aerospace in positions that included plant manager roles in Mississippi and Ohio and, most recently, director of transformation. Pino first joined the company in 2010 from FIAT Automobiles, assuming the role of plant manager at the Toledo Assembly Complex in Ohio.
