He had been head of customer experience – North America, having also served as head of quality – FCA North America, before Stellantis was formed in 2021. Champine has extensive experience in propulsion-system engineering, having held leadership roles ranging from electrified powertrain development to driveline quality. He is also executive sponsor of the Stellantis DiverseAbilities Network business resource group (BRG). Stellantis supports 11 employee-driven BRGs dedicated to pursuing projects that enhance the company’s work culture, focusing on networking and mentoring, celebrating multicultural differences and engaging external communities through volunteer and charitable activities.
