Download Print Michael Resha Senior Vice President, North America Manufacturing Michael Resha is senior vice president, North America manufacturing. He was named to the position in March 2020. Prior to this position, Resha served as global head of press shops and dies. He also was head of press shops and dies for North America and served as chairman of the board for AutoDie, CpK and Variform. Before joining the company in 2017, Resha was a general manager with Gestamp Auto Components Asia and North America Divisions, where he was responsible for overseeing plant operations, procurement, construction and development of the technical skill base related to hot stamping. In this role, he launched the first greenfield hot stamping facility in South China. Resha assumed key roles in the launch of new greenfield sites for Volkswagen Group of America in Tennessee and KIA Motors in West Point, Georgia. He also played a critical part in the management of the body shop and supplier development for the expansion of the Mercedes-Benz U.S. International facility in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, for the next-generation vehicles. Resha has been based in the U.S., China and Germany, acquiring a variety of experiences in manufacturing, quality and engineering.
