Download Print Carlos Zarlenga Chief Operating Officer, Stellantis North America Carlos Zarlenga was appointed chief operating officer, Stellantis North America and a member of Stellantis’ top executive team on Feb. 1, 2024. Prior to this, Zarlenga was president of Stellantis Mexico, where he led a year-over-year improvement in sales performance, market share and adjusted operating income (AOI), resulting in record profits for the Mexican operation. Zarlenga is a seasoned leader who has substantial global experience, a deep understanding of the automotive industry and a strong background in finance. Before joining Stellantis, Zarlenga spent 10 years with General Motors in various management positions in South America and Asia, including as president and CEO of GM South America. He also served in multiple leadership roles in finance and supply chain with General Electric, leading teams across more than 20 countries.
