The all-new 2006 Dodge Ram Mega Cab offers a new rear-seat DVD entertainment system, a 5.8-inch full-screen navigation radio, MP3 playback, UConnect™ Hands-Free Communication System and SIRIUS Satellite Radio. “Unique entertainment features in the all-new 2006 Dodge Ram Mega Cab go beyond any other pickup truck on the market today,” said Mike Kane, Director – Feature Innovation and Advanced Technology Strategy, Chrysler Group. “For the first time in a pickup truck, Dodge Ram Mega Cab’s superior cab length enables customers to order a sun roof and a rear-seat DVD entertainment system together.” Rear-Seat Entertainment System A DVD entertainment system consisting of an overhead center console mounted DVD player, seven-inch LCD monitor, wireless remote control and two wireless headsets is available for rear-seat passenger enjoyment. In addition to video DVDs, the system will play audio DVDs, audio CDs, MP3 audio discs and video CDs. There are also plug-in jacks to play video from a video camera, connect video games and play music directly from an MP3 player. Navigation Radio System The all-new 2006 Dodge Ram Mega Cab is available with an easy-to-use DVD-based navigation radio system with MP3 playback to appeal to both road travelers and music enthusiasts. The navigation system offered in the Dodge Ram Mega Cab includes a large, 5.8-inch full-color display and features an AM/FM stereo, six-disc CD changer, MP3 playback and navigation system in one unit. A joystick enables the user to scroll through the navigation menus and icons quickly and effortlessly.
