Prior to this appointment, she directed the company’s diversity and inclusion activities focused on improving its pipeline of diverse talent and building an inclusive work culture. Previously, she served as director of Mopar purchasing and supplier operations, leading a team sourcing service components and accessories for many of the company’s vehicles. She’s held leadership positions in supplier diversity, exterior vision purchasing and product development purchasing. Holland also serves as co-lead of the Stellantis African Ancestry Network Diaspora, one of 11 Stellantis business resource groups in the United States representing a range of employee affinity communities.
