Tobin J. Williams was named senior vice president, human resources, Stellantis North America in January 2022. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s organizational effectiveness and oversees a regional team through its human resources strategies, talent and leadership development. 
 
Previously, Williams was vice president, human resources for ProMedica Healthcare Systems. There, he provided direction to the acute care and physician group, and orchestrated the pact through its company-wide COVID-19 pandemic response. He also led the global enterprise through its $8 billion transformation.  
 
Prior to that, Williams was vice president, human resources South America - General Motors, based in São Paulo, Brazil. He also held a number of domestic and international positions with increasing responsibility during his time at General Motors.
