The plant has been producing various vehicles for domestic and export markets since that time. Production of the iconic Chrysler PT Cruiser ended on July 9, 2010, after more than 10 years and more than 1.3 million vehicles sold. The plant began producing the Fiat 500 in December 2010. The plant built the one millionth Fiat 500 in November 2012. The Fiat version of the Dodge Journey, the Freemont, was produced at the plant from March 2011 until December 2019.
