Stellantis N.V. announced today that, following completion of the merger of Peugeot S.A. (“Groupe PSA”) and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (“FCA”) on January 16, 2021, today the combined company was renamed Stellantis, the Board of Directors of Stellantis was appointed and Stellantis’ Articles of Association became effective.

The merger between Peugeot S.A. (“Groupe PSA”) and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. became effective today.
In celebration of the first day of Stellantis — formed from the merger of FCA and Groupe PSA — John Elkann, Chairman, Stellantis, and Carlos Tavares, Chief Executive Officer, Stellantis, will ring the traditional opening bell of the three stock exchanges where Stellantis shares will be listed.

In a major step as they move toward the completion of their 50:50 merger as defined in the Combination Agreement announced on December 18, 2019, Peugeot S.A. ("Groupe PSA") and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. ("FCA") (NYSE: FCAU / MTA: FCA) today announce that the corporate name of the new group will be Stellantis.
