Stellantis Appoints New Regional Human Resources Executive to Support Company Transformation

November 11, 2024 , Auburn Hills, Mich. -  Stellantis announces that Daniela Antovski is named senior vice president, North America human resources and transformation. The appointment is effective immediately.
 
In this position, Antovski is responsible for leading the regional team focusing on human resources strategy, talent and leadership development, and organizational effectiveness, as well as supporting the company’s efforts to achieve its long-term strategy as outlined in its Dare Forward 2030 plan.
 
Previously, Antovski was senior vice president, global talent management. She joined the company in 2003 and has held a series of HR positions with increasing responsibility that include a focus on building teams to successfully navigate organizational transition.
 
“As we advance our transformation, I’m confident Daniela’s deep understanding of the North American operations and its people will be a tremendous asset,” said Antonio Filosa, Stellantis North America chief operating officer. “She is a champion for change and a creative problem solver that will take us to the next level.

Antovski is active in the company’s business resource groups, specifically as a board co-chair for the Women of Stellantis. In 2018, she co-created the Women’s Leadership Experience development program to provide education and exposure to future female leaders. This award-winning program has laid the foundation for other successful leadership initiatives designed to nurture the leaders of tomorrow at Stellantis.
